PRODUCT SECTIONS
TradZinc is a range of traditional profiles manufactured, installed and maintained by MRC Group, in South Africa. Traditional seam roofs and flat lock metal tiles date back hundreds of years and use materials like lead, copper and zinc. TradZinc provides the option to still achieve the traditional aesthetic but using both traditional metals such as Zinc & Copper and modern materials such as Aluminium, Zinc Alume, and Galvanised steel to suit the project, aesthetic and budget.
The TradZinc roof and cladding sheeting from MRC Group is ideal should the project require longer lengths.
The attractive finish is enhanced by the advantage of not having to use unsightly perimeter flashings, or if they are required, minimal small flashings.
The flat lock metal tiles gives the specifier a choice of textures, with small square tiles being able to be laid to form a ‘fish scale’ effect.
Small square tiles or longer rectangular section tiles are mechanically fastened back to a support system and the adjacent tiles lap to cover up the joint.
